Terms and Conditions for 101 Weekends
By registering to the 101 website you are eligible for all online competitions that may run throughout the course of the campaign (30 March 2008 – 31 December 2008).
As a registered user you are eligible to blog, upload photographs and videos and understand that your blog, photo or video may be used for future publishing projects similar to but not limited to: print publications, point of sale material, TV commercials and online newsletters or other websites in the promotion of Kiwi travel.
In relation to the supply of images, videos and blogs:
- You warrant that you are the sole creator and owner of the image(s) and that you hold all necessary rights to enter into this agreement.
- You warrant that the images and the use of the images by AA Tourism Ltd do not infringe the copyright, rights of privacy or property rights of any third party and that there are no third party claims in relation to the images.
- You warrant that you have not sold or licensed or other given the right to use the image(s) including any similar images to any competitor of AA Tourism Ltd.
- You agree that your sole remuneration for the use of the image(s) by AA Tourism shall be the chance to win the prizes offered by AA Tourism Ltd under this agreement. Should you not win a prize your images may still be used in print, point of sale material, TV commercials, online or in newsletters for no financial remuneration.
- Pursuant to the preceding paragraphs (1-4) you will indemnify AA Tourism Ltd from and against all losses, damages, costs, actions, proceedings, claims and demands which AA Tourism may incur, or be subject to, arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of any breach by you of your obligations under this Agreement (including without limitation, your obligations in relation to any person whose image or property appears in any image).
Winners of any prize draw must be 18 years of age or older to claim prizes. In the event that a winner is aged under 18, the prize will be awarded to his or her legal guardian.
No prize draws are open to employees, or their families, of NZAA or participating suppliers/partners.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to have their name and photograph used for publicity purposes.
Proof of identification will be required prior to prize claims.
Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If a prize involves travel – redemption is subject to availability and may exclude public and school holidays. Specific prize supplier terms and conditions may apply also; for example, if a rental car is supplied, insurance cover is the responsibility of the winner.
AA Tourism reserves the right to modify the prize draw and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.
